Orders

Please note:
- Delivery is usually curbside/tailgate only
- You are responsible for unloading goods
- You must ensure access for delivery trucks

Cancellations

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Transit time: 1–5 business days for standard goods
- Oversized equipment may require extended delivery time
Customer responsibilities:
- Ensure full delivery access for freight vehicles
- Provide safe unloading conditions
- Accept delivery within carrier scheduling windows
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or logistics constraints.
6. RISK & TITLE
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once goods are handed to the carrier for delivery.
From that point:

7. CANCELLATIONS

- After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible

- Restocking fees may apply
