Daily Lift Pty Ltd supplies commercial and industrial equipment designed for professional and heavy-duty use. Warranty coverage is intended to apply to the operational functionality and structural condition of products at the time of delivery.

Warranty eligibility and coverage may vary depending on:

  • Whether the product is new, used, refurbished, clearance, or sold as-is
  • Manufacturer warranty conditions
  • Product category and intended commercial use
  • Supplier-specific warranty terms

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, transport marks, paint scratches, and minor surface blemishes are not considered warranty issues unless specifically stated otherwise.

Warranty exclusions include:

  • Cosmetic wear, rust, scratches, faded paint, or signs of prior use

  • Issues arising after delivery due to continued use or improper operation

Used equipment is sold with the understanding that normal signs of commercial usage may be present.

Refurbished Equipment

Refurbished products may include limited warranty coverage relating specifically to repairs or refurbishment work completed before sale.

Manufacturer Warranties

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits any rights or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Customers may be entitled to certain remedies, including repair, replacement, or refund, where required by law.
