Order Cancellations

Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible, and our return conditions will apply.

Custom & Special Orders

Products that are custom-built, specially sourced, or made-to-order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once processing has begun.

If you are unsure whether your order is considered a custom or special-order item, please contact us before placing your order.

All sales for custom-made products are final.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products, beginning from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return authorization must be obtained from Daily Lift Pty Ltd before sending the item back.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within seven (7) business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.


Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for eligible products. Return freight charges and any additional shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.


Refund Deductions & Restocking Fee

Eligible returns resulting from a change of mind, incorrect item ordered, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Additionally, payment processing and transaction fees charged by payment providers may also be deducted from approved refunds where applicable.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with returned merchandise.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom or made-to-order equipment.
  • Used, installed, or damaged products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products missing original packaging or components.
  • Certain supplier-restricted products.

Some products are shipped directly from manufacturers, and return approval may vary depending on supplier policies.


Shipping & Delivery Times

We work hard to dispatch orders promptly and provide accurate delivery estimates. However, shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Freight carrier schedules.
  • Manufacturer processing delays.
  • High shipping demand.
  • Supply chain interruptions.
  • Weather or transport issues.

While we do our best to avoid delays, Daily Lift Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.


Important Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Daily Lift Pty Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery.
  • Any shipping damage must be documented with photographs and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return shipping and exchange freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Returned products must remain unused and in their original packaging.
  • Orders that have already been shipped may be subject to return freight charges and the applicable 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and may change due to circumstances outside our control.
  • Delays caused by freight companies, suppliers, manufacturing schedules, or logistics providers do not qualify for chargebacks or order disputes.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect all deliveries carefully when they arrive.

Reporting Damage

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photographs of the packaging and product.
  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Email all relevant details to sales@dailyliftptyltd.com.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement parts.
  • A partial refund or discount.
  • A replacement product.
  • A return and refund solution.

Damage claims reported after 5 business days may not qualify for compensation or replacement, as freight claims are time-sensitive.

Products must not be used if you intend to request a replacement or refund for shipping damage.


Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies depending on the manufacturer and product type. Please refer to the specific product listing or contact us for warranty information before purchase.

Shipping damage reported outside the required reporting period may not qualify under warranty terms.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, freight charges, reconsignment fees, and any applicable restocking fees resulting from customer-related issues such as incorrect orders, change of mind, or failed deliveries.


Promotions & Bundle Offers

For promotional offers involving multiple items or bundle deals, all included products must generally be returned together to qualify for a full refund.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and professionally. Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we encourage customers to contact our support team so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be formally disputed.
